My Photo's

 I like this photo, but it is not close enough and there is to much background. 

  This photo is a bit to close up, however the eye contact is good because it makes it look like she is looking straight at the buyer. 

  This photo is to, to one side. 

 This photo needs more light as we cannot see her face, but would be good for a double page spread, if it was lightened. 

I took some of my photos by the Piano to create the immediate link to music, so people knew it was music magazine, I have decided i will use some of these photos on my double page spread.

My final photo

This was my final choice of Photo before edit, I edited this photo to make the colours stronger and for it to look more alternative, I wanted my model to stand out and really grab people's attention.

masthead looks

I stuck with the two colours red and black for my masthead, as they are typical colours of music magazine both Q and NME use these colours for their mastheads.
